2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- An additional COD handling charge of ₹60 will be levied on all COD orders.
- This charge is applied to cover operational and logistics costs associated with COD services.

- Customers will be notified once the order has been shipped, along with relevant tracking details.

- While O3+ strives to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our direct control.
5. Additional Terms & Conditions
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
